The people we support live in the London borough of Croydon and Bromley. Our supported living services are small by design – we’ve found that smaller is better when it comes to supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

We make sure our activity programs suit everyone as individuals. The people we support create a unique culture, building lasting relationships with each other and their support workers. We help our people to develop life skills, cope with daily challenges, and get involved in their community.

Each person has their own private bedroom and everyone shares a kitchen, living room, and garden. The people we support have complete control over their rooms: some leave decoration to us, while others stamp their personalities firmly on their space.

Glades Lodge is located around the local amenities as well as Elmers End and Eden Park station. It’s a semidetached house with four large fully furnished bedrooms. The house is very modern and nicely decorated. It offers an open diner kitchen plan with a view at the outdoor patio and a beautiful garden.

ervice users at GL enjoy individual activities as well as having group activities. We help individuals to develop life skills, cope with daily challenges, and get involved in their community. Our team works hard to keep updating their activity plan accordingly and to promote their person-centered activities. For some gardening helps to focus and to maintain mobility and flexibility, while others enjoy horse riding, which is known to have a therapeutic effect as it improves sensory and motor skills for coordination, balance, and posture. Music therapy sessions historically became a most loved activity for each Service Users at GL.
